Ward Richmond has joined Colliers International's Supply Chain Real Estate Advisors (SCREA) team as a vice president, joining Tom Pearson, SIOR, and Chris Teesdale, SIOR in Dallas.
Richmond joins Colliers with over 11 years of experience in the Dallas commercial real estate industry. He specializes in multi-market industrial tenants in the transportation and logistics industries and has focused the last six years on the industrial market locally, nationally and globally.
Prior to joining Colliers International, he was a vice president at Transwestern. During the last four years, Richmond has negotiated transactions in over 50 cities across the U.S. and Canada. He has also worked at Cushman & Wakefield and NAI Robert Lynn.
