Linea Group was commissioned by the FRC Financial Directors to manage the consolidation of their combined purchasing power in order to optimise value for money and economies of scale.

Linea’s facilitation of the procurement process focused on reviewing service specifications, revising contract terms and undertaking a rigorous tendering process. This resulted in awarding a soft facilities management contract worth £100m over 5 years, which provides the collaborative partners with significant immediate savings and further substantial savings over the life of the contract.
