Cambridge Online deepens ERP implementation expertise as demand increases - Cambridge Network

The increased investment follows an increase in demand for ERP in the Eastern region.

Cambridge Online is also hiring two new ERP specialists in February and at completion of their training will have six Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step certified staff operating within their 11-strong ERP implementation team.

The additional investment has been made following an increase in demand for ERP project deliveries as companies in the Eastern region in particular strive to use IT to help them find further business process efficiencies and cut costs as the downturn continues.

ERP systems involve change across all company departments ranging from finance, customer services, marketing, production and logistics, and require effective cross-department collaboration.  Large-scale projects also require participation from a range of individuals within an organisation, who will have roles and responsibilities to ensure project success.
